10tons Launches Boom Brigade on
Apple App Store

10tons Ltd. announced today that
Boom Brigade is now available for iPhone and iPod touch. The game is said to be
a "top down tower defense line drawing shooter".

"Boom Brigade was inspired by the
popular tower defense and line drawing games. We wanted to combine our love with
top down shooters with these two mechanics," said Sampo Töyssy, the Vice CEO of
10tons. "We’ve discovered that the result is fun and addictive".

"We tried to make the miniature
battlefield on the screen feel alive and interesting at all times. Even though
the scale is small, all three types of troopers are different and unique," Sampo
Töyssy continues. "You really have to see it in action to notice all the little
details."

The combination of three game play
mechanics is topped up with fierce invading aliens and three different types of
tough and heroic troopers. The player is given the command of a brigade poised
to take what ever the horde of aliens can throw at them. The goal is simple:
Defend the bunker for as long as possible. Boom Brigade features three classes:
minigun troopers, shotgun troopers and bazooka troopers. Any combination of
classes can be used when assembling the squad. The player starts with one
trooper and receives reinforcements as the alien attack continues. Weapon
upgrades and bunker repairs can be bought with the loot the player collects from
the aliens.

The game is developed and published
by 10tons Ltd. It is their latest unique title just for iPhone and iPod touch.
Their other iPhone games such as Azkend and Dragon Portals have been getting
outstanding reviews since their release and are still growing in audience.
Additional unique titles for just iPhone and iPod touch are in the horizon
alongside mobile adaptations of 10tons successful casual games.

Boom Brigade is now available from
Apple’s App Store on iPhone or iPod touch or at

www.itunes.com/appstore/
. The game will be available for $0.99 until 30th of
September 2009 and $2.99 thereafter. For more information, please visit
