One of the biggest knocks on Microsoft and the Xbox was the lack of exclusive games. Sure, we have Halo, Gears of War, and Forza, but Microsoft's exclusives pale in comparison to that of Sony and the PlayStation — at least in terms of sheer number.
There's been some worry that as Microsoft shifts its Xbox focus into more of an entertainment hub, that the company could lose sight of what we care about — the games. Well, fear not, as Microsoft confirmed today that they have more games in development for Xbox One than they've ever had in the past.
In the first year alone, there will be 15 exclusive games released for Xbox One. Eight of those games will be brand new franchises. Are you not satisfied? The big question now is how many of those will be for Kinect?
