The 2015 2015 Pokemon World Championships will be setting up camp in Boston, Masachusetts between August 21 and 23. If you're looking to make a last minute entrance to attend the event, it will be housed in John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center.
There will be Pokemon Trading Card Game and video game players from over 30 countries joining the event and contending for over $500,000 in scholarship rewards.
The rewards will depend on whether you are playing the video game or trading card game, each Pokemon Video Game World Champion will win a $10,000 scholarship, and each Pokemon TCG World Champion will win a $25,000 scholarship. The event will be streamed through the the Pokemon website or Twitch starting at 9am ET with the Pokemon World Championships Opening Ceremony.
