Last night, 343 Industries pulled the curtain back on February's free content update for Halo 5: Guardians, Hammer Storm. While that update will be bringing plenty of new content like maps, modes, REQs and armor, it's also bringing back one of the most awesome game modes – Grifball.
This isn't the last update for Halo that's bringing new content though, Xbox has revealed that the developers are planning on bringing even more new maps, modes, vehicles, weapons, and REQs.
What kind of content? Well, the details haven't been fully revealed, but we can expect to see Firefight come back! The new mode, called Warzone Firefight, will bring a PvE mode to Halo 5 that will have players defending themselves against hordes of oncoming enemies.
In addition to Firefight, 343 Industries is planning on bringing Ghosts of the Meridian, Memories of Reach and Hog Wild. This content is expected to release of the next several months.
When new game modes don't pan out, bring back the favorites.
