Burger King has always been a bit more adventerous in locations outside of North America. In Japan, they've celebrated Whopper Day with a "Whopper Pass" that not only gave Burger King goers a month long pass to Whopper meals, but also a Flame-Grilled Whopper perfume.
In the UK, the fast food establishment tested out a home delivery service and across the world, Burger King celebrated Halloween with a black Whopper that made consumers suffer from the dreaded green poops.
It appears as though Burger King is branching out from their meat patty and fry business, to explore the world of spas.
A Burger King restaurant is cranking up the heat in Finland with a Whopper-themed spa in Helsinki. The spa is fit with two saunas. One sauna fits 15 people and is described as "ideal for birthday parties and social gatherings,” the other is slightly smaller – it only fits 10 people. The saunas are decorated with Burger King's iconic red, gold and blue Whopper colors, so you're sure that you know you're inside Burger King's sauna at all times.
In addition to the saunas, the spa has a 55-inch TV, PlayStation, and separate laundry room. You'll even be able to order a Whopper while you sit in a hot muggy room. Apparently, the Xbox One couldn't make it into the spa.
If you're planning on visiting Helsinki anytime soon, you can secure a three hour long spot in the spa for $285 USD – which you can purchase here.
