ActionAce.com’s NeoGlyphix Channel Will Launch Its First OriginalShockwave Anime Webisode, Virtex

ActionAce.com's NeoGlyphix Channel (http://www.neoglyphix.com) will launch its first original Shockwave anime Webisode, Virtex, the adventures of a cyber cowboy hell-bent on revenge, on April 3, 2000.

Virtex, a lone agent of the Justice Cycle Bureau roams the Madlands, the schizophrenic cyber-western world where time exists in the singular present. Disregard conventional logic in Virtex's world where knights battle dinosaurs, Hannibal wages war with Industrial Revolution mechas, and justice comes only from the barrel of a gun. Virtex rips through the Madlands in search of the ten merciless outlaws responsible for his betrayal and murder. Through reanimation

he has been spawned into a cybernetic shell of a man, equipped with a dataport at the base of his neck, a wireless modem in his skull and bionic eyes, ears, and limbs. Virtex has been given a second chance at retribution, and he?s hell bent on settling the score…..

The Talent behind Virtex:

Casey Lau: Co-founder of ActionAce.com and also the founder of Oktomika Entertainment

Penelope Jewkes: former producer at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) and affiliated with MTV and Nickelodeon. She has worked on mega projects such as Star Wars: Phantom Menace and Catdog.

Jeff Kwan: lead writer at Oktomika, and now creative lead at NeoGliphix, Kwan has been touted as the next big writer in the comic book industry.
