Activision says goodbye to 2013 with Call of Duty: Ghosts Double XP Weekend

The holidays may have just ended, but Activision is still in the giving spirit, having announced a special Holiday Double XP Weekend.

Starting today (like right now) and going through Monday, December 30 (10:00am PST), Call of Duty: Ghosts players on Xbox LIVE, PSN, and PC will earn double XP on all multiplayer gameplay. What better way to usher in the New Year than with some good ol' Call of Duty fun?

"Whether you just picked up the game or have been playing since release, there isn't a better time to jump in and progress towards max prestige," Activision boasts. "We'll see you online!"

And remember, just because 2013 is ending doesn't mean there isn't plenty more Call of Duty: Ghosts fun to come. Those of you who have purchased the Season Pass are in for quite the treat in 2014.
