Clicker games aren't something you normally see being played with a controller, hence the name. But AdVenture Capitalist doesn't appear to care as the game will be…venturing…onto the PlayStation 4 next week on August 16, 2016. The premise behind AdVenture Capitalist is simple, make as much money as you can from a variety of silly businesses.
These businesses can range from squeezing lemons to taxiing people to the moon, so the game teaches you how to diversify an investment portfolio within the context of simple and quirky things. And perhaps best of all, the game is really simple to learn. And by simple, all you do is tap a single prompt over and over again and watch your profits roll in. The concept may sound a little dumb, but it has proven to be quite addictive as noted by other games in the genre like Cookie Clicker and Sandcastle Builder.
Eventually, you will max out your profits on planet Earth and be forced to expand into outer space. Along the way, you can hire assistants to keep your clicking empire moving, so you are profiting even when you aren't clicking. At a grand total investment of $0, you really don't have much to lose with AdVenture Capitalist.
