Age of Wonders 3 launch moved to late March

Age of Wonders 3 is now scheduled for launch in late March, according to an update from developer Triumph Studios.

The closed beta has already begun for the turn-based strategy PC game.

"Feedback so far has been very useful and tremendously encouraging for the team," lead designer Lennart Sas wrote on the game's website. "After the initial glut of bugs have been squashed, we’ll be extending our invites."

Last year in July, Triumph moved the launch date from fall 2013 to Q1 2014.

This is the first Age of Wonders title since 2003.
