Agent Carter showrunner asks fans of the series to show their support in an attempt to get it renewed once again.
Before the recent decision to officially cancel Marvel's ABC series, Agent Carter, showrunner Tara Butters tweeted out a call to action for fans of the series to support the renewal of the show for at least a third season.
#AgentCarter fans today or tomorrow we will probably learn our fate. Tweet your support it can't hurt. Remember to #AgentCarter #abc

Despite the final nail already in the coffin on Peggy's run with the Marvel franchise, especially considering her passing depicted in the recent Captain America: Civil War, fans are still holding out hope that it won't be the last we see of the series. The season two finale left off with a cliffhanger that has left viewers hankering for a resolution. Unfortunately, the future of the series doesn't look as promising as other Marvel shows like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. or the upcoming Marvel's Most Wanted. Actress Hayley Atwell has already signed on to do another ABC series, 'Conviction', for which the network has expressed a great deal of hope.
Even though the future of Agent Carter is apparently decided, fans have still been pouring in support. It's not very likely ABC will go back on their decision, but be that as it may, a good fan is never kept down!
If you're looking to show your support for the series, Tara Butters asks fans to spread the love and hashtag their well wishing with:
