Alien: Isolation trailer terrifies us like it’s 1979

SEGA and The Creative Assembly have released a trailer for the newly announced Alien: Isolation — and it's about as intense as the first time you watched the original Alien film. Fitting, since the new game looks to capture that very same essence.

As explained earlierAlien: Isolation is a true survival, as you play as Amanda Ripley, daughter of film protagonist Ellen Ripley, on a mission to discover the mysterious disappearance of her mother. There's just one problem: a single Xeno that wants to eat your face.

As you'll see in the trailer Alien: Isolation features many of the same tactics and elements seen in the film — eery sounds, flickering lights, and a creepy alien lurking in the shadows. Alien: Isolation is in development for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
