Alien: Isolation trailer terrifies us like it’s 1979

SEGA and The Creative Assembly have released a trailer for the newly announced Alien: Isolation — and it's about as intense as the first time you watched the original Alien film. Fitting, since the new game looks to capture that very same essence.

As explained earlier, Alien: Isolation is a true survival, as you play as Amanda Ripley, daughter of film protagonist Ellen Ripley, on a mission to discover the mysterious disappearance of her mother. There's just one problem: a single Xeno that wants to eat your face.

As you'll see in the trailer Alien: Isolation features many of the same tactics and elements seen in the film — eery sounds, flickering lights, and a creepy alien lurking in the shadows. Alien: Isolation is in development for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
