Aliens versus Predator free on GOG.com

For the next 48 hours, GOG.com has made Aliens versus Predator Classic 2000 free. The cult-classic, sci-fi fps is free as the next stage of beta tests for GOG Galaxy multiplayer client and services launches.

So go download it.

AvP Classic 2000 for free is a way to get gamers to try out the new GOG Galaxy infrastructure.

All you have to do to get your free copy of Aliens versus Predator is sign up for the beta test through GOG.com's website, during the next 48 hours, starting at 10:00 AM GMT on October 15. Players well get to keep the game, and it will stay on each gamer's virtual shelf after the beta is over. Beta testers playing AvP will soon be able to play with their Steam friends, as well, using GOG Galaxy's cross-play feature, as the game is to receive a cross-compatibility update on Steam.
