Omitting Call of Duty: Black Ops going backward compatible for the Xbox One, the most recent Xbox 360 games made available on the Xbox One haven’t been that great. Looking at the last nine games to go backward compatible, the only two that stand out are Sonic & Knuckles and Runner 2, the remaining seven are arcade games with mixed reviews.
According to a leaked, but now removed, Amazon listing things are going to get a lot better when it comes to backward compatibility. On June 14th, games like Skate 2 and Dragon Age 2 will finally be able to play on the Xbox One, along with a number of other games:
Unfortunately, BioShock, a game that was teased for the Xbox One via backward compatibility alongside Black Ops, was not listed as game heading to the Xbox One. BioShock The Collection has appeared on numerous rating boards across the world, which makes it more than likely that BioShock will not become backward compatible, but instead be remastered.
