Every year in July, the Amazon Prime fairy appears and slashes the prices on a bunch of items in the Amazon Shop for Prime members only, and it's already that time of year again.
Next week, on July 11th, Amazon will be holding their own version of Black Friday, known as Prime Day. The early Prime Day deals will begin showing up on Amazon a day in advance, at 6pm PT / 9pm ET on July 10, but the bulk of the deals will appear on the 11th.
On Prime Day, we will see Spotlight Deals (available until the stock it out) and Lightning Deals (limited in time), as well as a number of items that have been flat out reduced in price. Last year, a number games, consoles, and bundles went on sale during Prime Day, so it's best that you put a bunch of items on your wish list so you are notified if something you want is on sale.
You can get 30-day free trial for Amazon Prime or get a 6-month free trial if you're a student.
