The teaser for Star Wars: The Force Awakens was revealed two weeks ago and it already feels like we need more Star Wars in our lives. Seeing as we have to wait until December to watch The Force Awakens, we must turn our attention to what we have… The six other Star Wars films.
AMC theaters recently aired an eleven movie marathon in celebration of the release of Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron and they will be doing to same thing for Star Wars.
According to the Star Wars Action News Facebook page, an AMC manager confirmed that all six episodes of Star Wars will be marathoned prior to the premiere of The Force Awakens. That's around 12 hours and 30 minutes of Star Wars, before sitting through another Star Wars film. This is perhaps the only way to truly get the "Star Wars experience." I am not exactly sure who can sit for around 12.5 hours, but I'm sure someone out there can and will watch the marathon.
