America’s Evil Geniuses take home the win at the DOTA 2 International Tournament

Evil Geniuses just became the first American team to take the prize at the DOTA 2 International Tournament. They also just became the proud parents of $6.6 million dollars.

Beating out China’s CDEC Gaming, the tournament also held the largest prize pool in eSports history, a total of $18 million. That said, CDEC were no slumps and earned themselves a cool $2.8 million in the process. LGD Gaming, Vici Gaming and EHOME rounded out the top five, with each team earning over a million dollars in prize money.
