Rovio's Angry Birds Trilogy has landed on Wii and Wii U earlier than other planned platforms.
The game includes Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons, and Angry Birds Rio and packs in the original Anger Management and Fowl-Tempered packs, which provide an additional 11 episodes. Developer Rovio previously made those available as downloadable content.
Players can take the bird-flinging, pig-destroying action offscreen and compete on leaderboards as well. The title is pricey on either system — $50 on Wii U and $40 on Wii — considering what you'd pay altogether on mobile. But it is an option for people who don't own a mobile device (yes, they exist).
Neither release is available on the eShop.
The Angry Birds Trilogy will drop on Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in September.
