It seems to be a trend that a listing for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered pops up on the website of one retailer or another at some point. It began with Gamefly, continued with a couple of German retailers and Amazon Japan. This time another European retailer has leaked a listing to the German website PSX-Sense, which gives further credence to the idea of two separate release dates for the PS4 and Xbox One versions.
Here's a screenshot of the listing:
Both the Gamefly listing and Amazon Japan listed the two different dates of June 20th for the PS4 version, and July 20th for the Xbox One version, so that is now three separate platforms that have listed the same date. Obviously, this is by no means a confirmation, but it's likely that we are getting a standalone release for Modern Warfare Remastered unless Activision suddenly decided they don't like money and probably soon.
A safe assumption is some sort of announcement incoming during E3 2017.
