Last week, it was officially revealed that Ark: Survival Evolved will be releasing on the Xbox One as part of the Xbox Game Preview Program. Tomorrow, Xbox One owners will be able to purchase ARK forĀ $34.99, which will be much cheaper than when the game decides to make its full and official release until sometime in June 2016.
Ahead of the game's Preview release, the developers at Studio Wildcard have revealed that they will be adding local co-op to the game and it will be exclusively available on the Xbox One.
"Most developers have abandoned split-screen multiplayer, but Studio Wildcard knows that console gamers love their split-screen experience," the developer said. Unfortunately, the split-screen won't be available tomorrow for the fame's release, but will be added sometime in early 2016.
What will be ready tomorrow on the Xbox One, will be the ability for players to host their own servers. So, at least there's that. If you decide to give the game a download, be wary of bugs. The game is still very much in development on the Xbox One, which means it won't be running amazingly.
