Remember a few months ago when Sony said ARK: Survival Evolved would not come to PlayStation 4 until it was finished? Well, apparently they listen to their fans and reversed their ruling on that because ARK: Survival Evolved has officially been announced for PlayStation 4 on December 6.
Sony had gotten massive feedback from fans and due to the outcry for the dinosaur survival simulator, Studio Wildcard and Sony worked together to make a winter release possible. Not only that, but it also includes the new DLC ARK: Scorched Earth as well.
There was some backlash on Wildcard's move to make DLC for an early access game, but it's made up a bit with this bundled release, at least for PlayStation users. The bundle, dubbed Ark: Survivor's Pack, will be available in North America and Europe. It comes with the base game, the desert-themed DLC, and a PS4 exclusive Bionic Gigantosaurus skin pack, as well as a Manticore armor set.
The bundle is priced at $53.99, and later in Spring 2017, they'll be offered separately, although the full experience can be had with the bundle.
