ARK: Survival Evolved officially dated and priced for Xbox One

Back in November, the developers of ARK: Survival Evolved, Studio Wildcard, have said that the release of the game on Xbox One "imminent." Today, the date has been officially revealed as December 16th.

However, it's not the full game yet, as it's joining the line-up of games under the Xbox Preview program. Much like Steam's Early Access, Xbox Preview is all about letting people play the game, while the studio tweaks it, and adds new content.

According to IGN, the game will cost $34.99, which will actually be much cheaper than when the game officially launches in June. Not to mention, those that will buy the game while it's in the Preview program, will get limited edition Xbox exclusive founders content, which includes an unlockable bionic 'Tek' T-Rex skin, Ark Founders Hat skin, and a Founders Trophy.
