I remember when Arrow was good. Season 1 and 2 were solid. But then CW did what they do with pretty much every show they have, and killed it by eliminating death from the equation. That's pretty much when things go downhill for every TV Show, but The CW just loves the plot device of bringing a character back from the dead so much, that when characters die, it's ultimately meaningless since you know they'll be back in a few weeks.
It seems as though fans of the show (at least the ones on reddit) feel that the series has reached a new low with the Season 4 finale. As such, they have decided that they don't want to talk Arrow anymore and have re-dedicated the entire Arrow subreddit to Netflix's Daredevil.
The redditors appear to be going episode by episode as the new hot topic involves the first Episode from Season 1 on Daredevil, so I imagine the conversation will be ignoring Arrow at least until they all relent and watch Season 5.
