Assassin’s Creed getting a comic series

E3 2015 brought us a new trailer for Assassin's Creed Syndicate, the newest installment of the Assassin's Creed series. Over a week later however, Assassin's Creed news is still rolling in! Titan Comics (The publisher of Doctor Who) just announced that they successfully secured the license to publish Assassin's Creed comics.

The Assassin's Creed series has definitely been a hit or miss situation, Assassin's Creed Unity we're looking at you! The story has been intriguing however, so the marriage of Assassin's Creed and Titan Comics could be a union made in heaven. So far, all we know is that the first comic series will be a five-part arc illustrated by Neil Edwards from the Doctor Who series. It will feature entirely new characters in brand new locations. So, sorry ladies, there won't be any of Ezio's handsome mug in these comics in the foreseeable future.

However, there should be plenty of the action that makes Assassin's Creed addicting, so keep your eyes peeled for the series' release date!
