Most Assassin's Creed videos make sense, they follow some kind of story-line or they have some fellow explaining what you're seeing, but when it comes to this Assassin's Creed Unity video…That's not the case.
Even if you visit the Ubisoft Blog, they won't share any extra insight on the video in order to preserve 'big surprises' — they do, however, mention that this is the first look at Unity's time anomalies.
If we were speculate (or perhaps state the obvious), it looks at though these 'time anomalies' transport you to alternate dimensions or points in time. If this is the case, then we might be looking forward to some history changing missions.

Assassin’s Creed Unity will be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 11.
