Atari developing two games; One reboot, one brand new IP

Things seem to be moving along with Atari's endeavors to stage a comeback. In June, the company revealed they were hard at work on a new console and in July they revealed the new console's two versions. Now, Atari has teamed up with Fig to fund two new games.

Fig, a crowdfunding site similar to Kickstarter – except it features investor features, will help Atari publish two games. While the games have not been titled or even detailed, we do know that one of the two games will be a reboot of an established Atari franchise and the other will be brand new.

There's plenty of speculation on what game will be revived with the partnership, but we will probably find out soon enough.
