Attack on Titan’s ‘Jiyuu no Tsubasa’ gets release date

Being in February of 2015 means that we’re a month closer to the new anime season of Attack on Titan coming in 2016. Regardless of how I slice it, another year of waiting is painful. Yes, yes, the manga is out there if you’re hardcore and NEED to know what happens next. Otherwise, you’re trapped in this waiting game. There is a slight ray of hope though.

The second half of the compilation movie, “Jiyuu no Tsubasa,” is coming June 27th of this year! This movie will continue where the first one ended back in 2014. Jiyuu no Tsubasa picks up on episode 14 of the anime and goes to episode 25. As a compilation film, it will show only the most important and key moments from the anime.

Check out the trailer above and allow this to feed your urges for at least a short bit. Anything helps… right?
