Attrition will be making its return in Titanfall 2

Titanfall 2 is roughly one month away and we still don't know everything that'll be included in the game. Now we have a few more details about what to expect in the multiplayer for the sci-fi FPS. Last month we had an open beta for the game but the beta was noticably mentioning a fan favorite mode, Attrition.

Attrition is a team deathmatch type mode which has a slight twist, there are bots running around the map fighting each other and shooting at you. It increases immersion and allows players who lack some skill to contribute to the team and have fun! The mode was one of the most popular multiplayer modes of the original Titanfall so it was incredibly worrying for fans to see it missing from Titanfall 2. Not to worry though, Respawn has you covered.

Some lucky fans got the chance to go play a new build of the upcoming shooter and were able to play the new version of Attrition which will be featured in Titanfall 2. The mode is still mostly the same at its core but will see some minor tweaks to things like scoring. You can see some gameplay of Attrition in Titanfall 2 below.

Titanfall 2 releases October 28th, 2016 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
