August 2015’s PS Plus games announced for PS4, PS3, and Vita

Hot of the heels of Microsoft announcing August's free Games with Gold titles for Xbox, Sony has done the same with PlayStation Plus. Next month, PS Plus members will see six new games become available for free — four of which will be on PS4.

Rocket League being free will be hard to live up to, but August sees a number of critically-acclaimed indie titles available for free, including Limbo.

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (PS4): A sequel to Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is a four-player co-op action-puzzler featuring a brand new storyline in which players must work together to explore the temple, defeat hordes of enemies, solve devious puzzles, and avoid deathly  traps.

Limbo (PS4): Not much to say about this critcically-acclaimed atmospheric puzzle-platformer except that everyone should play it.

Sound Shapes (PS4, PS3, PS Vita): Part platformer, part music creator, Sound Shapes combines sight and sound into a unique gaming experience featuring a robust community section with gust curated albums that make for continuous fun.

Stealth Inc. 2: A Game of Clones (PS4, PS3, PS Vita): A puzzle-platformer where you take on the role of a clone excaping a sinister and high-tech testing facility. Stealth Inc 2. will test your wits and reflexes over 60 varies levels.

God of War: Ascension (PS3): A prequel to the God of War franchise, God of War: Ascension takes place six months after Kratos was tricked by Ares into murdering his wife and child. Breaking the blood oath that bound him to Ares, Kratos, sentenced to an eternity c hained within a prison for the living damned, battles insanity at the hands of the Furies as he seeks freedom, redemption for his sins, and the clarity to avenge his family.

CastleStorm (PS3, PS Vita): A super genre mashup of 2D physics desctruction mashed with tower defnse brawler.
