Fragment Guide | Azure Crystal (#97)
Archylte Steppe (???AF) – Red Cactuar statue location
To find the Azure Crystal, first travel to the Archylte Steppe (???AF). In the southeast section of the map you'll see a rock formation that looks like a Cactuar. Use the Moogle Hunt ability to reveal a red Cactuar statue, which will warp you to the village. Afterwards, you'll receive Fragment #97: Azure Crystal.
