Contrary to popular belief, online porn and Facebook are not the biggest threats to productivity — it’s GOG.com and their ever-increasing library of classic RPGs. The game retailer today announced that Baldur’s Gate 2: Complete is now available on the site for $9.99.
The DRM-free game includes Baldur’s Gate II: Shadows of Amn and its expansion, Baldur’s Gate II: Throne of Bhaal. As usual, GOG promises lots of extra goodies like the soundtrack, artwork, wallpapers, a map and more.
GOG recently re-released other time-sucking RPG classics such as Icewind Dale Complete, Icewind Dale 2 Complete, Neverwinter Nights: Diamond Edition and Planescape: Torment. All excellent games that would totally consume my waking hours…if they hadn’t already done so when I was younger and had a lot more free time.
