Batman: Arkham Knight ‘Batgirl: A Matter of Family’ out today for Xbox One and PS4

Batman: Arkham Knight's first story drive add-on, Batgirl: A Matter of Family, will be available today for fans who have purchased the game's Season Pass. For fans simply looking to buy the DLC on its own, it can be purchased separately starting July 21st for $6.99.

Batgirl: A Matter of Family is set prior to the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum, allowing players to take on the role of Batgirl for the first time. "When The Joker kidnaps Commissioner Gordon and holds him hostage at the Seagate Amusement Park, Batgirl and Robin must fight against the odds to save him and avoid falling victim to The Joker’s sinister plan. Trained by Batman, Batgirl’s combat combines with unparalleled hacking abilities to take down enemies, manipulate the environment and solve puzzles," the description reads.

As a reminder, the DLC is only available for PS4 and Xbox One today, as Rocksteady continues to work on the PC version to ensure that it's "up to the standards that PC players expect." If you recall, the launch of the PC version of the game was marred with game-breaking issues that ultimately led to the suspension of sales for said version. It's unclear when the DLC will be made available on PC.
