Batman: Arkham Knight day one patch to improve game performance, add features

Batman: Arkham Knight has been getting some amazing reviews ahead of its release on June 23rd and with a new 23-minute look at the gameplay it's hard not to be hyped for the game. Before your hype goes unchecked, reports are coming that there will be a day one patch for the game.

According to the patch notes, the update will improve performance, add new features and fix some issues:

  • Improved Performance
  • Stability Fixes
  • New feature: Rival Points
  • New feature: Original Batsuit skin available to select
  • Support for “A Matter Of Family” additional content (Season Pass Content, detailed here)
  • General gameplay, graphical, audio, UI, and localization fixes

The patch will be 3.5GB, so if you purchased a digital version of the game you might want to put some extra time aside for the patch to download. Arkham Knight it set to release on the PS4, XBox One, and PC.
