Batman: Arkham Knight delayed to 2015 to deliver ‘awesome level of quality’

Fans looking forward to Batman: Arkham Knight will have to wait a bit longer to experience the conclusion of Rocksteady's Arkham series as Warner Bros. announced today that the game has been pushed back to 2015. The news will surely disappoint Xbox One and PS4 owners starved for a true next-gen game, but Rocksteady assures that the delay will allow them to "deliver the awesome level of quality that Batman fans and gamers can expect."

Arkham Knight is just the latest in a string of next-gen game delays. Last month, Sony announced that PlayStation 4 exclusive The Order: 1886 was also delayed until 2015. While 2015's lineup grows stronger, it comes at the expense of games releasing in 2014. I guess it gives you more time to save up for a next-gen console as there's really not must-have Xbox One or PS4 games at this point. Of course, that's all relative to your opinion.
