Xbox One owners can now pre-order and pre-download digital copies of Batman: Arkham Knight via Xbox LIVE.
Although you'll be able to download the full game — all 44GB of it — to your Xbox One's hard drive, you won't actually be able to play it until its release at 12:01 EST on June 23. Downloading Arkham Knight ahead of time will at least ensure that you are able to play it the second it unlocks.
According to Xbox's Larry 'Major Nelson' Hryb, pre-purchasing Arkham Knight will also grant you access to the Harley Quinn Story Pack, exclusive pre-order DLC which sees you take on the role of Joker's psychotic side-kick and wreak havoc inside the Blüdhaven Police Department in an attempt to free Poison Ivy.
Batman: Arkham Knight, the final installment in Rocksteady's acclaimed Batman trilogy, sees the return of Scarecrow to Gotham City as he unites an impressive roster of super villains to take down the Dark Knight. For the first time in franchise history, Batman's Batmobile will be drivable.
