As you're probably well aware by now, a new trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight was released today. As exciting as it was seeing all of the villains that await you in this explosive finale, we've got something that's even more exciting, and should start spark some conversation/speculation among the community.
Towards the end of the trailer, we see Scarecrow standing on a building in the rain. At around the 1:55 mark, some lighting strikes not only highlighting his face, but also revealing some sort of code or message. It's shown for just a split-second, but we've got a screen cap of it below.
We're not sure what the code or message means. It's pretty hard to make out the letters, but I think it's: "c Rcn3n3 N2Jn3tjHn2".
Again, I have no idea what this means, but it looks to be some sort of code or message that needs decrypting. Time to get your detective on.
*UPDATE*
Someone pointed out that the code can be entered in the Batman: Arkham Knight website. We tried to put in the code and were met with an incorrect password message, which means one of two things: 1) we're reading the text wrong; 2) this isn't related at all.
Turns out, we did read it wrong, and the letter after R wasn't an e but a c. As soon as we put that code in, we were no longer treated with a red box, but a blue one, still stating that it's incorrect, but to decode it using a cipher. So now we're stumped again.
