Batman: Arkham Knight will hopefully be playable on PC this month

Warner Bros. putting finishing touches on Arkham Knight PC updates

Barring any major setbacks, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment expects Batman: Arkham Knight to be playable on PC by the end of October.

In a post made to the Batman: Arkham Knight Steam page, Warner Bros. provided an update on the status of the game, which has been unavailable on PC since launch due to the overwhelming number of bugs rendering it unplayable.

"As many of you know, we released a major patch for Batman: Arkham Knight PC a few weeks ago. While there were significant performance improvements made to the game, the teams are continuing to work on the additional updates that were outlined in our previous post. We expect these updates to be ready at the end of October, at which time the PC version will be made available for purchase. In addition, support for all DLC that has been released for the console versions will be in place.

Thanks again for your continued patience and support. We’ll be sure to update everyone as soon as the update is live."

Batman: Arkham Knight originally launched in June of this year. While the PC version suffered from bugs, it actually is a great game — you know, when it works properly.
