Batman: Arkham Knight won’t be fixed on PC until later this year

When Batman: Arkham Knight made it's official release on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC in the middle of June, things were mostly ok on the console version of the game, but the PC version was on fire. The game launched in such a state that it was left unplayable for some gamers.

Warner Bros. and Rocksteady reacted to the game's technical issues by first offering a workaround to get the game running, then suspending the all PC sales for Arkham Knight. At the time, Warner Bros. and Rocksteady said they would be making sure that "these issues get resolved as quickly as possible."

It seems as though the issues with the PC version will not be resolved until September.

Kotaku Australia obtained an internal email between EB Games Australia and Warner Bros., that Batman: Arkham Knight will not be seeing an update until spring – in Australia. Spring in Australia does not come at the same time that spring comes in say, North America, this has to do with their location on the globe and being below the equator.

When is spring in Australia? September to November. That's when we can look forward to seeing Arkham Knight getting an update.
