Copperhead has been announced as one of the eight assassins that will attempt to bring down Gotham and kill Batman in Warner Bros. highly anticipated Batman: Arkham Origins.
As you can see in the trailer the assassin is loosely based on DC's New 52 re-imagination of the villain. In an effort to add more female characters to the roster, Warner Bros. decided to make her human again.
The trailer shows the snake-like Copperhead escaping interrogation and attacking Batman with her poisoned claws. It was said that three motion-capture performers, including a martial artist and Cirque du Soleil performer, were needed to create the scene. Batman: Arkham Origins is currently development for the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U, and slated for release on October 25, 2013.
