Batman: Arkham VR will take less than three hours to complete

During Sony's E3 2016 press conference, Rocksteady announced that there would be one more installment in the Arkham series, Batman: Arkham VR. We've seen a bit of gameplay for Arkham VR since E3 which mostly consisted of floating hands, batarangs, the Bat-Cave and other things that got along with being Batman.

The game is less of a game and more of a VR 'experience' according to Rocksteady, and the amount of time you'll spend beating the game only supports that. The $20 experience will only take you around two and a half hours to complete.

Rocksteady Studios Brand Marketing Producer, Dax Ginn, detailed the experience's length to PressStart:

“The core narrative is about 60 minutes in duration, however additional content is unlocked that provides about another 90 minutes of gameplay on top of that. So there are plenty of reasons to play through the game multiple times in order to see everything that we have put into it.”

With the price set at $20 and the game only taking two and a half hours to complete, you're essentially paying around $8 per hour. If you don't unlock extra gameplay, then you're paying $10 per hour.

Batman: Arkham VR is set to release next week for PS4/VR.
