Batman kills an obscene amount of people in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was criticized pretty heavily for numerous things including its dark and in-accurate depiction of The Dark Knight himself. The character has always had one rule (well except for when he was a murderer in some of his earliest comics), no killing. He doesn't want to stoop to their level, and truthfully if he killed everyone we wouldn't get any many Batman stories because none of his villains would return due to the fact they're six feet under the ground.

Zack Snyder has confirmed that the character has moved past this dark point in his life and will be a bit more true to the character in the upcoming Justice League film and standalone Batman movie. But, that doesn't eliminate the fact that Batman racked up a massive kill count while in this dark phase of his life. How many exactly? Over two dozen if you count the dream sequence!

To celebrate the release of the Ultimate Cut of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, YouTuber Mr Sunday Movies uploaded a kill count compilation of The Caped Crusader annihilating people. The clips are edited to look like characters like Christian Bale's Bruce Wayne, Alfred, The Joker, and other familiar faces from Christopher Nolan's trilogy are watching in horror as the masked menace murders people in some of the most brutal ways someone can imagine Batman doing. You can watch the clip below.
