Battlefield 1 open beta absolutely annihilates The Division and Destiny beta numbers

EA has seen its biggest beta ever, thanks to Battlefield 1. In fact, the beta was so huge it more than doubled the beta stats from games that claimed to have the biggest betas.

Ubisoft knocked Destiny off of throne of having a huge beta with The Division and now Battlefield has come to absolutely squash Ubisoft's numbers. The Division saw around 6.4 million players in its beta on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.  Destiny had around 4.6 million beta players across the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and PS3. Even more recently, Overwatch saw 9.7 million players during the beta and Star Wars: Battlefront had 9.5 million. The Battlefield 1 beta has been the biggest beta yet!

Battlefield 1 saw 13.2 million total players during its open beta on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

How does that 13.2 million players breakdown? Well, 30% of players chose the Assault class, 27% chose Scout, 21% played Support, 10% healed with Medics and around 11% went the vehicle route (tanker/pilot/cavalry). There were a total of 28.9 kills done with melee weapons, 13 million kills by the armored train, 23.8 million road kills and 62.2 million kills while on a horse.
