DICE has released the much-anticipated Battlefield 4 Holiday Update, and arriving alongside it was the free Legacy Operations DLC.
The holiday update includes a ton of fixes and overall gameplay tweaks, but the highlight, of course, is the arrival of Dragon Valley 2015 — a remake of the classic Battlefield 2 map Dragon Valley. The popular map has undergone a few changes since we last played it. Taking advantage of EA's Frostbite engine, the map now features a vertical cloud layer that acts as a natural separator between air and ground combat; repairable bridges; and a number of other tweaks that make it suitable for other game modes.
All of the patch notes for today's holiday update can be read here. For a more specific look at what has changed with Dragon Valley, check out EA's previous post.
