Battlefield 4's third expansion pack, Naval Strike, which was due out today for Premium members across all platforms, has been delayed for PC.
"We’ve detected an issue and it needs to be solved," DICE said. "Quality is our number one priority and we will not release Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC until we feel it meets the highest quality level possible."
"Once we have a confirmed date for PC, we’ll be sure to update those players on our official channels. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing everyone on the Battlefield."
Naval Strike should still be available today for Premium members on Xbox and PlayStation platforms, however. This "ultimate sea-to-sea warfare" experience brings with it four new multiplayer maps set in the South China Sea, a new amphibious hovercraft, and a new mode called Carrier Assault, which is actually a re-imagining of Battlefield 2142's Titan Mode. Players will also have access to five new weapons, two additional gadgets, and ten assignments.
