The Battlefield 4 game update for the PlayStation 4, originally due out today, December 3rd, has been pushed back.
DICE confirmed the delay on Battlelog, explaining that the update "is undergoing some additional testing and will be rescheduled for a later date."
As mentioned in yesterday's post, today's update was supposed to fix the "one-hit kill" bug where bullets are sometimes applying their damage multiple times to a character, resulting in normal rifles sometimes dealing one-shot kills — which is not as designed. DICE didn't explain what caused today's delay, but hopefully we get an answer soon.
"We will get back with final details as soon as we have verification that the update is good to go," the developer said.
