Battlefield: Hardline beta extended one week on PS4

A day after granting users instant access to Battlefield: Hardline beta on PC, DICE community manager Vincent Vukovic took to the PlayStation Blog to announce an extension of the beta on PS4. I guess EA, DICE, and Visceral Games are really working to not repeat the mistakes made on Battlefield 4.

"The team at Visceral Games would like to thank those that have participated in the Battlefield: Hardline closed beta. We’ve seen some incredible feats demonstrated on the virtual streets of LA – everything from massive breach charge explosions and intense heists to criminals riding shotgun and cops banding together to protect vaults. All of your time spent in game and feedback shared with us will help shape Battlefield: Hardline over the coming months," Vukovic said.

Battlefield: Hardline's closed beta will continue on PS4 for another week, now scheduled to end on Thursday, June 26 at 12:00pm PST. Registration for a chance to partake in the closed beta is open until Sunday, June 22 at 12:00pm PST. If you don't make it into this beta, there will be an open beta in the fall for all announced platforms prior to the game's release.
