Battlefield Hardline: Getaway expansion dated for Premium members

Battlefield Hardline: Getaway, the third of four planned expansions for EA's online shooter, has been dated for January 2016 for Premium members. Unfortunately, we don't have a specific release date yet or a window for non-Premium members.

What we do have, however, is a list of the content planned to arrive with the DLC, as well as some screenshots. Here's what's on the docket for Battlefield Hardline: Getaway:

  • Four massive maps: Pacific Highway, Double Cross, Train Dodge, and Diversion
  • New game mode: Capture the Bag
  • 4 new vehicles
  • 3 new weapons for the Mechanic Class
  • One new gadget and a new melee weapon
  • 4 new Legendary Camos

In addition to the expansion, all Battlefield Hardline players will be receiving a free game update that includes new weapons and patches, as well as some new features that EA promises to discuss soon.

Looking even further ahead, Spring 2016 will see the release of the fourth and final expansion, Betrayal. And beyond that, we're possibly looking at a new Battlefield.
