Battlefield Hardline getting a ‘sweet new game mode’

The Criminal Activity expansion for Battlefield Hardline brought a new game mode to the game in June, along with a bunch of other add-ons. The new game mode, Bounty Hunter, that came with Criminal Activity was heavily influenced by Call of Duty's Kill Confirmed mode, but that's not the last new game mode that will be coming to Hardline.

Robbery, the next add-on for Hardline (coming this summer) will be bringing yet another game mode along with new maps and gear. Lead Multiplayer Designer for Hardline, Thad Sasser, teased a Gamescom reveal for the new mode.

Hardline has a number of game modes at the moment, in addition to the DLC brought-on modes:

  • Team Deathmatch
  • Crosshair
  • Conquest
  • Blood Money
  • Rescue
  • Heist

With two more add-ons on the way to Hardline, Getaway in fall 2015 and Betrayal in early 2016, we will probably be seeing more game modes, on top of the upcoming Gamescom announcement.

Gamescom runs from August 5th to 9th, 2015.
