BBC plans to reveal their choice for the next Doctor for the upcoming season 11 of 'Doctor Who'.
With Peter Capaldi's run as The Doctor coming to an end and showrunner, Steven Moffat, stepping down, there's been nothing but speculation as to who will receive the baton. The debate is something that is always in the forefront of Whovians the world over, guesses ranging from various actors and performers that would fit the slot perfectly. According to a recent tweet from the BBC, the network has finally decided to pull back the curtain and reveal their decision:

The clip features what can be recognized as the illustrious TARDIS key, followed by the number "13" etched across the entire planet on various signs and landmarks, indicating the 13th Doctor is on his (or her!) way. The announcement will be made after the Wimbledon Men's Finals this Sunday, July 16th. The match starts 9am UK time, so expect the states to find out sometime in the early morning.
