BD Wong to Reprise Role of Henry Wu in Jurassic World 2

BD Wong from Jurassic Park and Jurassic World reappears in the sequel

Nobody expected Jurassic World to be as good as it was. Yet it  was so successful that Jurassic World 2 is already underway. In fact, it was so successful that a trilogy was announced

While Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard have both already confirmed their reappearance as Owen and Claire, not many other actors have reprised their roles. But of course, who would return to a dinosaur infested island after they escape and nearly eat them other than the protagonists? BD Wong of course.

BD Wong semi-confirms his return when asked about his character's departure in Jurassic World. For those who don't remember, he escaped via helicopter with dinosaur embryos, seeming to keep the company's best interests at heart. When asked if he was returning, Wong tells Cinema Blend:

"When they take off in helicopters, you know they're probably going to come back."

More information on the cast of Jurassic World 2 has been pretty light, aside from Toby Jones and Rafe Spall taking on key roles. Wong's character is the key to linking Jurassic Park to Jurassic World (besides that T-shirt Jake Johnson wore and the dusty old jeeps). Will he provide more links to the old franchise? Or will he just serve as just a nefarious bad guy?
